Memorial Concert

I am Terry Marvasso, one of the parents who organized the concert. We made $4,278.00 in total. Great Night!!! However, 2 pieces of equipment worth over $2,500.00 was stolen. These are a Marcus Miller Fender Jazz Bass and a 1981 Gibson SG Custom Supreme Showcase Edition guitar. Please put the word out. We want these back NO QUESTIONS ASKED. There is a reward.

Not sure where to post this. Anything of interest occur today at the court date? Or was it primarily to re-assign another date? Did anyone go? Was Goihman there?

According to the email I received last week from Mark Gilson, the assistant district attorney on the case, there was no testimony taken today. The hearing was simply to continue the case so the grand jury could complete its investigation.

However, Goihman and her lawyer had to be present, and I'd be curious to learn how she acted.

I'm going to email Mr. Gilson and inquire re: the status of the case. If I find anything out, I'll post it.

According to KYW, Goihman will now stand trial on November 21 for her previous DUI in January, since she violated her probation through her arrest in Kayla's case.

CBS3 has a video clip of Goihman running from the media as she entered and exited the Criminal Justice Center for yesterday's hearing. Interestingly, her lawyer wasn't with her, holding her hand as he did when she surrendered. Perhaps he won't represent her in the January DUI case.

Also, the CBS reporter, Brandy Bell, noted that after the hearing, Goihman "in an off-the-record conversation [was] clearly very upset."

If anyone knows anything about the 2 guitars missing from the concert, please let someone know or have the person return the guitars. The guitars belong to one of my bestfriends sons band members. These kids wanted to do a great thing to raise money for the two families whose lives were tragically changes with the death of their children. Why would anyone want to be so mean to kids who are trying to do the right thing. I hope that someone has a conscience and will return these guitars to the rightful owners.
