Please Help Dayna & Damon
On April 24, 2005, 23 year old, and 6 months pregant, Dayna Sperring and her unborn son Damon were killed by a vehicle on Rt 422. Dayna's Aunt, Randi, and her family, were among the 200 who stood at Queen & Henry for the 28 days of "HONK FOR KAYLA." They helped Kayla out...now let's return the favor...double click the BLOG title above "Please Help Dayna & Damon" and you will be taken directly to the BLOG.

Annemarienes
You can get to it by typing www.withlove4u.blogspot.com
Annemarienes, did you pust the large purple "Please Help Dayna & Damon" on the original screen?
I sent this letter into The Montgomery County Times Herald. I would encourage others to please do the same via e-mail:

NOTICE to all who wish to KILL. Don't use guns, use cars!
To those of you in Montgomery County who are inclined to committing murder...hell don't shoot, strangle, or set fire to victim's homes: you might get sentenced for taking a life. USE YOUR CAR YOU IDIOTS! It gets the job done and there is little, or no accountability, as proven in the tragic deaths of Dayna Sperring and her unborn son Damon. Way to go Bruce (As in DA)! I hope all of Philadelphia's vehicular killers move to Montgomery County. In Montgomery County drivers can drive 70 MPH on the shoulder of the Road, smelling of alcohol...as, I understand, was stated by an EMT at the scene. Here in Philly drivers can hit children and leave the scene thinking "I hit a rock hit the windshield."
The laws of this country, in regard to vehicular homicide, have to change. Son Quan Do received a slap on the wrist fine in the deaths of Dayna and Damon. And just think, this driver who drove along Rt 422 and didn't realize the "difference between the road, and the shoulder of the road," will be back on the road in 90 days. Isn't that something to look forward to? And it's nice to know that 70MPH on the shoulder of the road is considered reckless, not grossly negligent. Those who commit homicide by vehicle will remember, and use the case of Dayna and Damon in their defenses. I hope voters remember who allowed this gross miscarriage of justice!
Respectfully submitted,
Donna Persico
Thanks Randi, yes, I tried to click on the purple letters and it didnt work. But I'll use the link randi mentioned.
